    For returns customers items to redeem 50%,or 30% etc of 3 or 4 items only to be purchased by them after they return items as a complimentary thank you for being a customer in ICONIC.

    To have different categories in specific items and features ei..WOMEN evening wear for women in women .swim wear for women , shoes, jackets, summer clothing, added on to category ..instead of browsing in one and searching ..time is important for customers whilst on line cart or buying items

  6. Allow me to trial new products from my favorite brands

    It'll be good to be part of a focus group who could trial new items from "my favorite" brand.

    Ie. Nike brings a new line of shoes out. People in the nike focus groups received a pair to review...

  10. VIP reward system. Even if it just the ability to return sale items.

    I understand that some sale items are final however if you have customers that use the site regularly, allowing them the option to return final sale items would increase purchases. I know there are a few things I have left here as it was a final sale and I wasn’t sure.
    Setting guidelines on what regularly would be also so that consistency and transparency were there too.
