the lighting should look like indoor room environment that gives natural shading
it is really hard to see the detail of the products that are in white color and black color. The existing display has too much exposure, the room is too bright. Shading/shadow produced by proper room lighting will really help us to see the detail and crispness of the clothes material that is in white or black color

Have the ability to send the item as a gift with NO costing info and add a gift card.
You should be able to send an item direct to someone without the amount you've spent showing ( many other companies do this!! ) there should also be the provision to add either a gift card or a short 50 character message with an item being sent as a gift.

More polarised sunglasses!
Please stock more fashion sunglasses with polarised lenses! Your other sunglasses are all lovely to look at but only a handful of them actually protect our eyes. Basic UV really doesn't cut it in the Aussie sun. I'm SO happy to see you stocking TOM'S sunglasses - please please expand the range to include more polarised options!

Firstly, I would like to congratulate the the team @ The Iconic for an exceptionally well done UI. Adding my 2 cents to enhance the customer's experience - I believe to give a well rounded and fulfilling experience online is most difficult to build and can be the differentiation / USP of an online fashion retailer. One such focus area could be content. Someone rightly said in online business Content is King. Having a content strategy is as important / critical as having a product strategy. While product listings will attract customers, content will engage and retain customers. Simple initiatives…

As a student getting discount on the iconic exclusives would be much easier if we could find them. Maybe I'm just a knob as using this website but the search function didn't bring anything up. :(

Expand the variety for Men's fashion accessories!
Support small businesses and stock upcoming Australian brands that specialise in men's accessories. Australia has very limited variety compared to the rest of the world, and so little to choose from compared to the choice women get! Check out local Australian companies such as Aristokrat. Great range of products!

Fix their Android App
It hasn't had an update since 2014. I shop far less on the Iconic now than what I did when I was using it on an iPhone. I miss you.

Can you have more sneaker options
There are great sneaker options but we want more variety. I am a loyal customer to 'THE ICONIC' I don't want to go to places like "ASOS" because I cant find what I like
