Offer free shipping when spending over $40
Like ASOS- they offer free postage over $40. This makes purchasing easier and I dont buy things I dont need just to make up the price- then i end up returning the other items.

special sections for different clothes/outfit types
for example: a work clothes section or a basics section and maybe even an on trend section! it would make it so much easier and would make shopping for work clothes so much quicker and efficient.

Update sizes that fir
I have brought larger products for my mum, and now the site suggests sizes 2 sizes too big. I wanted to update my measurements or fits somehow?

when you're browsing the site and have a heap of items in your wish list but then you can't log in! Very frustrating

Adding a note or tab to say if the brand is Made in Australia
Or adding where the garment is made in the description section of the item, so we know where our clothes are coming from.

Please allow size exchanges for 'non return' items!
I ordered a non return item and loved the look, but unfortunately it runs big :( - would be great if size exchanges were allowed at least instead of just for faulty items - and if the new size is no longer available then a store credit would be a great next option!

You stock Kate Spade, but only the watches. They have amazing clothes, shoes, handbags, and wallets, would love to see them here.

establish a loyalty or a vip program for its customers to encourage shopping and make better discounts in a real competitive prices
the sales are not very good comparing them to the original brands prices , the prices of the iconic are still high even with the discounts or the sale prices!

Final Sale
Give people notice if an item is part of a final sale & might not be refunded unless it's faulty. This will actually allow the customer to rethink the purchase.

have a 'Tinder' mode on the app to swipe left/right on items you hate or like/love so that you don't continue seeing items you'd never buy
The main idea would be to nix items you don't like, forever. But it'd be so, so great to assess items by just having one clear image on the screen that you can easily consign to the 'maybe' or 'never' pile.
It'd be a great to 'save' particular searches so you can pick up your swipe session later. At any time you should be able to see all the things you've liked or loved.
