Include more diverse range of workwear items. Such as the trades and hospitality industry items
Trades and hospitality workwear section. I love the fact they have a white collar workwear section, but there's an untapped blue collar and hospitality client base that could benefit from the iconics prices

For branders that have bigger sizing, you need to photograph bigger models.
Often clothes come to me that look completely different on me than they do on the model because its a completely different body type. I often have to return clothes as a result.

Mens - stock ALL the sizes for brands e.g Deus Ex = they go to XXL, you only stock XL!
There are a number of brands that stock up to XXL in shirts and t-shirts and you only seem to ever stock to XL. Would be nice to buy these from THE ICONIC, rather than having to buy them from other online stores.

Have more lookbooks with direct links to the item and more options (price, colour, pattern etc.)
Have more lookbooks with outfit ideas, e.g. work friendly looks, casual looks, day/night looks... etc. add direct links to each item in the image also link to similar style products, different price ranges.

Would show models with different sizes for such items.
Ordered size large but it was huge. Had to check size Medium, might fit just fine
