  2. Print the return label on the paper/card that is always included in the packaging with tick boxes for selecting which item to refund/credit.

  5. have a video of the model walking in each item so you can see how it moves an fits properly. like they have on every item on Asos.

    This is so helpful on other sites. They do have it for some products for the iconic but not all.

  6. have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!
