More wide fit shoes please!
I love the option to sort by wide fit sizes for shoes, but there's never much choice for what's on offer

LESS PACKAGING
Please use less packaging, clothes don’t need to be individually wrapped unless it’s a very delicate item like pure silk. Which in that circumstance use something recyclable or reusable like the customer could use for wrapping paper or something. Such a waste of recourses. Lots of online boutiques at least have the option to select minimal packaging

Have most common size modelled not smallest
12-14 sizes are frequently sold out so must be popular need to have these sizes modelled more and a early alert to check app users size so you don't scroll to find something you love but not in your size

Appropriate packaging
Appropriate packing for items such as blazers and suits so they don’t come crumpled. Definitely include the hanger and protective slip for proper storage.

Great swimwear brand with a five year warranty. Very few, if any, stockists in Australia outside of their own stores.

Ethical fashion program
We know the damage landfill is doing. With fast fashion inevitably continuing (sadly), more companies need to take an ethical stance and create programs to fight for the environment. I'd love to see Iconic launch a fashion recycling program - be it returning pre-loved clothes with free shipping for Iconic to then send to countries/people in need, or a material recycling program where designers can send the offcuts and unwanted fabrics to Iconic to re-use or recycle.

Stock Agent Provocateur!
This brand is amazing but so hard to get in Australia!! We had stand a few alone stores in major capital cities, as well as some David Jones’ for a while, but they are now all gone. Buying from the website is in USD only for us and shipping is very expensive.

Create a new resale platform for high end designer items
Create a sub brand for the iconic - Iconic Pre-Loved
Create opportunity for customers to resell high end clothes, evening wear and designer labels in good condition for less. Create opportunity for customers to sell clothes they no longer wear or don't fit anymore.Create a team to curate to keep quality and standard high.5 votes -

Reviews and maybe add images on purchased item. Helps with people that aren’t size 8 models!

Recycle program -
Recycle program where people can send you clothes to be recycled or repurposed. Send them to charities or small designers who can use the fabric and send you back new things to sell. If you gave ppl a small credit for each item it would incentives sales and most importantly incentives recycling and reusing ! :)

Comment/Review/Star Rating for each Brand that you stock AND for each individual product.
Star rating viewable underneath price so you can see as you scroll through stock. Customers can give 1-5 stars based on Size, Fit, Quality etc and maybe a short section to describe further details. This would help users who are unfamiliar with a brand/their fit etc
Based on this star rating system-it might also help recommend styles we like based on our 'likes'? Kind of like Netflix!5 votes -
Teen section
I wish you could shop by teen, I was looking for a dress and all the kid's ones were to kiddy for me, but the adult's ones to adulty if that makes sense. It would be so much easier to find things for teenagers!
