not use PBT Couriers in NZ
PBT customer service is appalling and also they do not understand what next day delivery means and usually takes them 2 - 3 days for delivery.

A larger range of American brands if possible.
Brand such as Reformation, Madewell and a broader selection of J Crew.
These brands are hard to get a hold of otherwise!

Image or description of clothing, i.e. slouchy fit, tight fit, long/short length so can better understand how it fits on different body types

Tall Range and better fabrics
I wish you would do a Tall Range like ASOS do. I'm not even that tall ( 1.75m ) but find lot of your stuff very short. Also , better fabrics please. Too much scratchy, cheap stuff with unnecessary textures.

Show low cut tops on a bustier model
I have a larger bust (96cm) and am sick of buying dresses which turn out to be very low cut and look ***** when I put them on, though they look fine on a flat chested model. Or at least give some warning for bustier customers that it is very low cut. It can be hard to tell from the picture sometimes.

The ability to create a profile so you are shown brands that are most likely to appeal
I’d love to explore new brands that are likely to suit me, and are to my taste, but searching through the hundreds of brands available on the site can be overwhelming.

show each item on someone with lighter skin and then on someone with darker skin
Not all colours suit all skin tones. It would be good to be able to see, particularly unusual colours, not so much common colours like black and white, on a couple of different skin tones.

Stock size 4 items for all the brands that make size 4
There are many brands that make size 4 products cheaper however the Iconic doesn’t stock them

Show the items on someone short and someone tall.
Show items on short and tall models, not everyone is tall and the length of the item is important as having it altered adds to the cost of the item
