Large bust options
I buy a lot of things from The Iconic but often have to refund them as the bust is so small. Im a size 10 but G cup and 32 year old so always in need of mature and classic pieces/essentials but are willing to pay for quality materials (not polyester). I find a lot of the styles cater for small and fit size 8s whereas more realistic models wearing the clothes would be beneficial

Price matching on items or beating prices on items that are cheaper elsewhere
Beating prices by 10% on items that are cheaper on other websites or price matching. Some items on the Iconic website are overpriced compared to other websites. Especially sporting brands like Nike. Various overseas websites sell this product a lot cheaper.

For NZ shoppers the gst amount is visible before you add to cart
This seems silly but I know we have to be charged the gst but it makes the final price less desirable once we have clicked on a sale item that is 20% then off added to cart where the 15% gst is added, it has put me off going through with my purchase a few times!

Bring in a Loyalty program or atleast a surprise discount coupon without conditions!
I know this is a popular request. I also understand that you have to see logistics on your end, but you have a big following, it is time to appreciate long term loyal customers and returning customers.

If the iconic ships out a faulty item another one should be sent or your should be refunded immediately even if the item is being sent back
Why is it a customers fault if they receive something faulty ?

Have a comparison of outfits showing a petite and tall model especially for dresses in womens' clothing
Whenever I have purchased a mini dress, most times I have to return it as the models shown wearing the dresses are especially tall being 175+cm in height and it does not fit as well as the images shown on the website. This makes it so much more difficult to decide whether to purchase the item and take the risk, if for example, you need the outfit ASAP for an upcoming event. It would make it so much easier to compare if a petite model was shown wearing the same outfit.
