The customers photos that get posted to be credited iconic dollars for their next purchase. Apply discounts directly to account instead of sending out "discount cards" with ordered items. It would be beneficial to have any applicable discounts automatically deducted going to check out.

Search option: comes in more than one colour

Proper size charts for different brands would benefit the company as well by reducing the need for returns for incorrect sizes and make the shopping experience even better by getting the right size the first time round.

Offer the ability to cancel orders up until they're being packed. Amazon makes this easy and honestly it's a reason I'd buy from Amazon over the iconic if the same product were available.

Shoes on models
Shoes should be photographed while on models' feet for an idea how they would look on ours. Also since sizing is different across brands then info should be checked, as sometimes a size up is recommended by the brand and with online shopping matters a lot since some states don't have physical stores of the brands.

Sizing for real people
90% of people are 12 and above you promote far to many brands that do not even go over 12 - 14 that can crush self confidence and when arrives is never the size it says. Sizing charts need to be accurate.
