VIP rewards - good ones that really make you feel thankful! More tall people clothing, show models for different sizes and videos, size guides for each brand, next day express shipping, remove items from wish list if product is no longer going to be available (do not allow adding to wish list if product is discontinued). Better re-stocking of popular sizes.
Drop poor quality lines.. My biggest reasons for returns are inconsistent sizing across brands and item looking different to photos (usually looks a different quality/material hard to judge from photos) and item looking very different on me than on…

Size Aus 2 / XXXS Petite Clothing
Coming from an adult woman who is 5ft and 40kg, we'd love to see a bigger range of super petite clothing! Stopping at size 4 isn't very inclusive.
I looked in the kids section but NONE of the clothes were modelled so I had no idea what they looked like on :(

Have shoes on models feet ( kids) to see how they look on the foot. E.g how low the cuts are and how high the back of sneakers are

Filter clothes and shoes by fit type
Having a filter that helps with wider or narrower shoe size, or ranges that are cut for a fuller bust or hip measurement relative to waist, would be a huge help in figuring out what size to buy (and if it's even worth trying)

Add a function where you can tag and item to 'watch'. When it goes on sale/price changes it sends an alert.

Birthday Voucher with longer expiry
I have a Birthday Voucher for Feb 2020, I wish it had a longer expiry as didn't get to use it quick enough...really need it and want to use it now...
