The site to recognise my NZ shipping address and only show me items that can be shipped to NZ
When I’m logged in the site should recognise the shipping address - in my case NZ - and only show products that can be shipped to NZ or which ever country is listed in the shipping address against that account. It’s quite annoying that it lists all products and doesn’t show shipping limitations until you click into the actual product.

Have plus size edits
You need more edits in this space that is suited to plus size women. Your edits are really poor and don't inspire future purchases which is a shame because you do have some great brands.

Mark dresses that fit smaller women
It would be good to have marking for dresses good for women less than 5 feet tall. I find the Dorothy Perkin size 6 dresses has good fitting length for someone like me who is only 147 cm tall.

Give sizing for each brand and not just a basic guide. For instance your dazie brand runs significantly smaller and uses cheaper fabric
Should also have a reward, loyalty program for your regular shoppers. We receive the same benefits as other shoppers who may only buy once or twice a year. I frequently buy from your website.
Would also like to see you go down in an xs for young men in your CK & Tommy Hilifiger range. I have a 17yr old young man who wears tommy in an xs or xxs yet you only go down to a s in most tommy & Calvin Klein gear for men, yet you cater for xl or bigger.4 votes -

Remove Australian GST when shopping from New Zealand
Items purchased from overseas customers are exempt from Australian GST, so adding NZ GST on top of this makes it extremely expensive for us NZ customers. Is the Iconic pocketing the additional AUS GST?

Recognise patterns in purchases
Recognise the patterns in purchases (e.g. a shape of dress, a style of jumper, country of origin) and then have a section that can be clicked on that is 'suggested for you'.

It would be great if we had some sort of mute button for brands we aren’t interested in
Please The Iconic, make it so that we can mute brands we aren’t interested in. This would help make it easier to see what we like and also new brands without having to keep going to the ‘view my brands’ tab. Because when I don’t like a certain style of clothes I usually end up not liking what the entire brand has to offer.
