Automatically refund the difference if an item goes on sale after I bought it. Then I don't have to return and reorder. Saves on postage
Automatically refund the difference in price if an item goes on sale within 30 days. That saves me having to return and reorder and saves you on the extra postage costs. I can order with confidence knowing I am getting the best price, and not have to wait until a full priced item I like comes on sale/discount

More returns options for Final sale
I understand that you’re trying to get rid of the stock, but some items arrive starkly different than how they’re advertised; odd sizing, poor quality, different colour in person etc. It’s very annoying when something isn’t technically “faulty” - but it’s also not what I paid for!!

Allow an option to block children's clothing and maternity
I should be able to browse The Iconic without constantly being shown maternity clothing and children's clothing. If I'm logged in, I should be able to select options to never show maternity or children's, just as I'm able to choose to view women's clothing rather than men's.

bring back express shipping
The quick delivery was the best thing about this site and made me use it above others. Further, the slower delivery option is often delayed beyond the promised arrival date anyway. I am now re-thinking my use of the The Iconic and preferring other sites.

Vegan items. Cruelty free
More people are aware if the cruelty involved in majority of skin care, as they are tested on animals causing severe suffering. Leather , have you seen the way animals are slaughtered. It's abhorrent and should not be encouraged. Animals are sentient beings. The world needs more compassion and empathy,to make a better place to live.

Stock and feature more Petite Clothing / pants and skirts with multiple length options
I pretty much have to tailor every pair of pants, skirts etc... but I love when I can purchase a petite size that fits my legs exactly.

if I could arrange items in my wishlist/boards myself, instead of them just being random
Love creating outfits and capsule wardrobes. It would be fun if I could move a specific pair of pants next to a jacket or put a dress and shoes next to each other within my wishlist/board
