  1. Accept that if the customer is not satisfied with the size of their purchase of shoes etc a return is accepted in good condition.

  2. Provide more transparency around company profits

    The Iconic has a large market share of Australia retail. I would love to see more transparency around what kinds a positive change the company takes part in.

    I would purchase more from them if I knew my dollars were being put to good use outside of the company. Financial capital isn't bad if it's shared around responsibly to where it's needed most right now.

  3. Size issue

    An indication of how big a dress is across the shoulders would be good . I am a little broader across the shoulders than my size 10 body implies so some dresses fit everywhere but are a bit tight across the shoulders but if I go up a size they are sometimes too big in the rest of the body so if you could include an indication if a dress is roomy or not across shoulder area not just busy / chest that’d be great

    Use unique sustainable packaging. Making the packaging Australian relative and have options for fancy gift packaging also sustainable for those special occasions.

  11. Have a ‘bookmark’ function on the app

    During a search session be able to bookmark where you’re at so that if you leave the app, you can come back to where you were instead of searching all over again

  14. Make express shipping next day delivery, don’t make me pay express shipping and then not arrive for 4 days
