  2. always put bags of all kinds on a person!

    Use a life-size mannequin or real person for all bags, from clutches to cross body to luggage. Bur especially for for fashion 'handbags'. (and ears for earrings - real ears or a dummy head.)

  20. Listen to customers ... it's simple maths

    I made a purchase of 3 items. Total purchase should be $126.

    Pacer Top - $65 less 30% = $45.50
    Leggings - $70 less 30% = $49.00
    Miller Top - $45 less 30% = $31.50

    Total Cost = $126

    I have a voucher credit is $100

    I should only need to pay $26.

    Instead, your system charged me $59.

    Therefore, $59 - $26 = $33 is the refund I should of received. Instead I got $21.

    Customer service is hopeless. Never going to buy from them again.
