  6. Get a new courier company for NZ

    Perhaps use NZ Post, Courier Post, or a courier company which has a positive reputation in New Zealand. PBT is notorious for their negative feedback with a 1.7 star review.

    When a customer shops frequently provide them with a voucher that we can use that doesn’t make us spend $150 first. That’s too much each time.

  11. Include links to items showcased in emails

    I regularly receive emails from The Iconic and many of the items in the adds are appealing. When I click on the item in the email, it takes me to the home page. It would be great if the items in the email had live links because I can never seem to find the product you are promoting in the emails

    It would be great if your sizes could be saved to your profile much like you can save your favourite brands. It would help me to save time and eliminate items which you don't stock in my size immediately.

  14. Use older and variously shaped models - there are a lot of us with lots of money!

    For example some of us have an hourglass shape, some big ***** & no bum, etc. Clothing is not one style suits all. You have to dress your shape as well.
