    Perhaps use NZ Post, Courier Post, or a courier company which has a positive reputation in New Zealand. PBT is notorious for their negative feedback with a 1.7 star review.

    I regularly receive emails from The Iconic and many of the items in the adds are appealing. When I click on the item in the email, it takes me to the home page. It would be great if the items in the email had live links because I can never seem to find the product you are promoting in the emails

20. Stock more short sleeve blouses for women.

    Feminine short sleeve blouses and shirts. Not the wide sleeve. Something soft and easy to wear with slacks, shorts or skirts that sits a a reasonable length for middle aged women.
