Enable a feature to select my body type with my face so I can picture myself in the clothes
A variable selection in the app to build an avatar so I can select and see what clothes might look like on me - allowing me to mix and match tops and bottoms.

Listen to customers ... it's simple maths
I made a purchase of 3 items. Total purchase should be $126.
Pacer Top - $65 less 30% = $45.50
Leggings - $70 less 30% = $49.00
Miller Top - $45 less 30% = $31.50Total Cost = $126
I have a voucher credit is $100
I should only need to pay $26.
Instead, your system charged me $59.
Therefore, $59 - $26 = $33 is the refund I should of received. Instead I got $21.
Customer service is hopeless. Never going to buy from them again.

Find my package and have it delivered
Compensate the buyer when u and ur delivery service stuff up. Get back to the customer When you said you would and resend the package by express so that person can actually wear that outfit for item

Have someone you could actually speak to if issues with order
Phone number for personal customer assistance rather than waiting and continually being disconnected from live chat.
Tracking updates....mine not updated in over a week and still no item.

Stock more sizes and more range
For example I have items in my wish list that aren’t available. I just bought a pair of Birkenstock’s from a competitor because they weren’t available on iconic.

Stock and feature more Petite Clothing / pants and skirts with multiple length options
I pretty much have to tailor every pair of pants, skirts etc... but I love when I can purchase a petite size that fits my legs exactly.

Aboriginal/ Torres Strait Islander small businesses
I think it would be cool to get Aboriginal/ Torres Strait Islander small businesses on your store to not only promote their brands but also normalise that not all of their items made are just for Indigenous peoples. I think stores like Gammin Threads, Clothing the Gap, Haus of Dizzy etc.

Have more size 18 styles that meet the smaller sizes..take note fat people want the same clothing. Not curve size
And faster post, been wAiting on a delivery to melb for 3 weeks that eats into the time of returns if not correct
