Sell better quality products
Pretty much every item I have received has been of poor quality.

Wouldn't be lovely if the "brands" that Iconic Support like Review can use their Gifts cards on Iconic.

Return slips included in the bag is a good idea and brands by Australians to support Australia

Introduce top label items at prices we can afford
Good labels, eg: Gucci, guess, sass & bide, levi ,ect

give the option to exclude brands from the search filter
give customers the option to exclude brands that don't like or like to avoid when searching. As Iconic has grown to include so many brands it would be great to exclude ones you don't like but still be able to see new brands you haven't seen yet.

Let people know they wont exchange itens on voucher purchases
Knowing that no exchanges are offered on items purchased on a voucher I definitely would not of wasted my money on clothes and shoes that don't fit!

stock THE SOLE EMPIRE bags please
Love The Sole Empire leather bags and would be helpful to be able to purchase the bags with an outfit all in the one place, instead of having to go to two different sites to purchase.
The Sole Empire is a local Melbourne Company as well. So would also be great to support Local Australian Business. :)29 votes -
Info on origin of manufacturing. A certification that a product is made ethically eg not ***** labour etc
There needs to be a greater discus on products are made ethically.

Know when I did buy a product and take it off my Wishlist and not email me about it
Sometime I buy a product that I have on my Wishlist but it stayS in my Wishlist and gets remarketed to me. So it needs to Know if I have bought it - I prob bought it through a new search not off my Wishlist but that should still be picked up

cater for petite young females, by stocking sizes that are a size 4 etc.
the range of clothing for young females that are a size 4 are not wide ranging and are few and far between.

Make it easier for international cutomers to use their VISA credit cards.
Accept my Canadian visa cars.
Why not have separate fields for bill to: and ship to? That might clear up conflicts in accepting an order transaction.1 vote -
Filter to compare sizes per brand
It would be helpful to have a filter where you can compare sizes across different brands that way you get a perfect fit everytime. Nothing worse than ordering clothing in the wrong size, you can start to get self-conscious if the items are to small this way your clothes fit perfectly.
