Detail how to change size on returns
Describe the exact procedure for exchanging an item simply for another size, and how to apply any postal discount or refund involved.
Also, put your address and contact numbers up where easily seen

Not falsely advertise for products that are not of quality standards i.e. the Shhh Masks
Don't advertise for products that are not practical or of poor quality - remove the Shhh Masks from your online website. They are absolutely of no use, bad quality and do not serve the purpose especially for what they are being retailed at $50 for three Masks - ridiculous.

Improve search functionality
The search functionality is really poor. If I search "white cotton shirt", so many irrelevant items come up. T-shirts, tanks etc. Really frustrating and seems to be no options to filter further/more precisely
