  3. Boycott cotton on, we can get it cheaper through them and it takes up too much of the search results

    Would be helpful to have an option in the search engine filter, to filter out a brand Or label from search results
    I personally dislike cotton on and find it floods the search results.

  5. Have phycsical pop up stores

    Pop ups in shopping strips or centres and feature their focus or exclusive brands so you can get a look and feel of the brand that customers identify with online, in person. It’s the opposite of the traditional way of how we shop. We shop in bricks and mortar stores or see something we like online and shop in store, if there was a pop up iconic space it extends and creates a different customer experience for your loyal online shoppers and hopefully draws new clients in

  6. Detailed measurements

    I'd like to see the bust/waist/hip/total length listed for every size, not just the size 8 (Petal & Pup are great for this).
    As somebody who is usually between the typical sizes on a chart, it would be nice to have measurements for each size of that particular garment so I could compare with something I own and work out whether I need to go with the smaller or larger size straight off the bat rather than risk ordering the wrong size and missing out by the time I have made a return.

  7. More sustainable brand

    Showcase (and promote) brands that are sustainable, ethically made and eco-friendly. Also, I think it's important to share Australian brands that are focusing on their environmental impact, care about human rights and their treatment of animals. Most of the brands that are promoted such as Atmos&here, Dazie, Dorothy Perkins, Cotton On have very poor ethics and should not be put on the forefront. DO BETTER ICONIC!

  9. Loyalty Bonus / Rewards Program

    Supporting those who support you. There is a lot of competition online, prices are easily compared. Whilst The Iconic is very competitive, rewarding those who remain loyal via a reward program as recognition might be nice. Could be as a percentage spend rebate or so many points equates to a gift voucher/credit.

  10. Bring in hair products that are difficult to find in Australia

    The products I'm suggesting are either difficult to source in Australia / cost a bomb in shipping fees online/difficult to acquire all in one place.

    They are all sulfate, silicone and alcohol free! I especially recommend the Bounce Curl range. These products are suitable for most people especially those with wavy/dry hair.

  12. I got the wrong length Order No. 294423617

    I got the wrong length order was meant to get 23 centimetres, wait for 1 hr on chat and was told that they only have 21 centimetres braclet not helpful at all no resolution just excuses. I was planning to buy a bag for $500 I’m now not confident and will stop shopping and will not recommend anyone to shop

  14. Offer annual rewards on spend

    Have a rewards programme that earns points/vouchers based on order/spend per annum that you build up rather than printing and sending vouchers with orders which half the time stay in the courier bag, have a loyalty scheme against your app/online account which shows you what you’ve spent and points etc like every $250 earns you a $20 voucher or something rather than spend over and get $.. off. Farmers in NZ do that and it’s kept me loyal for beauty products for years. I believe Mecca do something similar. Also more support of boutique nz and aus brands and featuring…

  16. Have a discount weekend for loyal customers and do the odd % off competitions

    Create a spinning wheel with different % off and email it to all loyal return customers. We revive an email to say spin the wheel to reveal your discount. We click and the wheel spins stopping on a % off. Have 48 hours to claim with the discount code provided. Also randomly pick a customer, send them an email to offer a surprise % off or $ account credit.

  18. Stock a better range of larger size men's pants.

    The range of pants available to men sz 40+ is not great and what is available are priced $150+

  19. Enter a restock date for out of stock items, or a 'request restock' button

    I often find items that are completely sold out and there's a 'notify me', which makes it seem like it is coming back in stock, but it is unclear. If there's no plans for a restock, a 'request restock' button for items that people still want.

  20. Discount code based product filter

    Often discount codes don't apply to all products. It would be good if the code could be entered on the home page, and then a filter applied to allow you to see what products that code will apply to.

    At the moment we either need to go through all the fine print or wait until we're at the pay screen to find out. If it doesn't, usually I'll just close the window, rather than searching for other products that may fit.
