For the items that can’t be exchanged or refunded- there could be a sell link
If someone’s buys an item that can’t be returned or exchanged, they can choose to resell it on the iconic.
Resell your items feature - similar to reebonz for designer items. You could name it

When you choose an item that you have down the bottom of the item what you could wear with it.
eg if you purchase a top. You could have that top with some flared pants and belt and heels or boots and a necklace to have an idea of how to style it especially when a lot of people don’t have time to think about what to put with the item they just purchased and need to get ready and they want to look stylish18 votes -

Include "as worn by you" images to compare sizing.
Include images at the bottom of the page from people that have purchased the item & tagged on IG, wearing it to compare how it looks on similar body types in non studio staged images.

Describe fabric feel in greater detail
I wish you could see how the material crushes, how it creases when sitting down and if it's the type of thing that will need ironing 3 seconds after putting it on. Also if the material is see through.

Whereby customers send in looks they have put together during the month from pieces bought on your website. Great way for customers to get different styling ideas and it’s free advertising for the store!

I want to make a list of my "avoid" brands, just like my list of "favourite" brands
The app has a "filter by brand" option which allows me to select all the brands in my "Your Brands" list. These are all the brands which I've +Followed in the past.
Just like building a list of my favourite brands, I also want to build a list of my least favourite brands which I can use to omit those brands from my filter results.
Right now to do this, I have to select all brands, then individually deselect the brands which I don't want to see. This takes me a couple minutes each time and usually the filter breaks…

when looking at the overview page and clicking into view an individual item, would be great if by clicking back to go back to the overview page it took you back to the exact spot on the overview page your were up to

Australian Companies could be promoted individually.
Australian companies could be promoted under an Aussie banner. This could highlight that smaller companies don’t have mass buying power to produce like multinationals. My favourite company is out of Melbourne. It costs a bit more but I’m paying for Aussies to be at work and smaller volumes of good quality clothes coming out of Asia.i don’t want mass produced gear. I can shop at the big retail stores for that.

It would be great if we could encourage customers to write reviews about each item purchased and upload a picture. Clothing often looks very different on a real, everyday person than on a model!!

Try and show all shoes and boots on an actual foot! It would be great to see boot lengths and how the shoes look in relation to a body
Just reiterating what others have already said! Shoes often look completely different on and having them photographed on a person would be a huge selling point I think
