Larger shoes sizes for men
My son is a size 15 in shoes and it’s very hard to find these… it would be great if The Iconic had shoes beyond size 13. It would make it so much easier as I wouldn’t have to wait weeks to get his shoes from international online stores.

show me if I've bought or returned an item in the past!
On a product page, it would be great to know if I've ever purchased that item in the past and if I kept it or returned it and why. It's a great quick reference for products that are sold over several seasons that I may look at again and think to buy it - but I might have returned it in the past because it didn't suit me.
This would be faster than going into order/returns history.

Give customers the direct ability to earn Qantas points with purchases made via The Iconic. Customers can input their Frequent Flyers Member number in their account details and earn points automatically for purchases.
Currently you are able to earn points if you sign in through Qantas first and then The Iconic although it is easy to forget before making a purchase.
I feel I would be more inclined to purchase through The Iconic if I was earning a reward for shopping.

Full range of sizes and colors
Big brands in other countries like US and Europe offer much wider range of sizes and colors and these offers don't seem to reach Australia.
I would gladly wait longer for delivery or pay a bit extra if I could get the size and color I want instead of settling.4 votes -
backpacks and designer bags for ****** pumps
Nappy bags are one thing, but going to back to work and carrying a separate ****** pump bag sucks. There's heaps available in the US, but are a bit harder to come by here.

Personalised sizing
Enter your measurements onto the site and when looking at a product it will recommend the most suitable size of that product based on your personal measurements... every brand sizing is so different these days it’s hard shopping online and more than not, I buy 2 sizes of a product and return one.

Show more australian made sustainable brands
Show brands that have good corporate responsibility in their fashion production. Good on you is a great app that highlights how brands perform across labour, environment and animal welfare. These stats would be great on the iconic too!

wider choices for fringe sizing
Fringe sizing has improved in the last few years but instead of the same styles being stocked by every brand, it'd be nice to see some diversity in silhouettes available.
EG: having basic short sleeve shirts available is great but also offering a fun camp collar or a shirt from a great quality brand would give people more options and reasons to buy more often instead of just buying to replace old clothing or buying every couple months when a new brand is stocked.

Have real people dedicated to shopping experience
I would like to be able to talk to real people regarding order issues. Email service is slow and at times takes time to clarify small problems.
