  3. Put a symbol on already bought items

    It'd be nice if there was a symbol or note telling us when we've already bought a particular item (even if you've returned it), to reduce the chance of buying something twice accidentally

  4. Offer an option to pay a bit more on Final Sale items for the option to return the item

    Often I would be happy to pay a bit more for final sale items to make sure I'm not throwing my money away on something that won't fit. It would be nice if there was an option to select a higher price with returns allowed OR click a box at checkout that says like 'Pay $20 extra to enable returns' - the extra money would be non refundable if you kept the item, but usually I wouldn't pay more than $50 for an item I can't return and it rules out a lot of things I'd like to buy

  5. Sell kids clothing

    I love buying locally designed and made Kiwi and Aussie kids clothing, but the only way I hear about these smaller brands is word of mouth and they all sell through their own websites. It would be great if there was a website that collated all these.

  8. Easier and Speedier Search Function

    I Love almost everything about ICONIC, just one thing missing, I would like to click on Women for example then go to Tops, then I would like o type in relaxed fit it would save me having to check all the tops that looked relaxed and aren't. It would immediately bring the tops that suit me best, straight to my fingertips. It would make shopping much faster instead of searching through pages. Thank You.

  9. I wish that The Iconic would not use models who are so thin that they look unwell

    I wish that The Iconic would not use models who are very thin/anorexic/bordering on anorexia. I am slim (size 8) and am fine with slim models but, of late, a few are so thin that they look unwell. It's very irresponsible.

    collaborate with gyms or yoga studios e.g. attend fitness playground 3 times a week for a fortnight, and get x% off sports wear - would make me super motivated.

  12. Let us put an item on hold so we make sure we don't miss out!

    I wish I could put items on hold, sometimes I want to buy the last one of a certain size of item and I am at work, by the time I get home it is sold out! Please let us put items on hold

  13. Charge and show prices in nz dollars

    When shopping from NZ you don't know that the prices shown are in fact AUS Dollars. Would be nice to be able to shop and be shown prices in NZD.

  14. Stock a broader range of sizes in womens shoes eg Size 35 or 41-42

    size 35 / AU5 or 5.5 in womens shoes - I have small feet and really struggle to find shoes I like. Many of the designers featured also make 35's but these aren't stocked on the Iconic. I can imagine women with foot sizes on the other end of the spectrum eg 41-42 have just as much trouble.

    Allow a paid express delivery option if outside 'next day delivery' area. Seems crazy that a delivery to WA can take nearly two weeks but no paid option if customer wants to receive their order quicker.

    Include deals which give discounts. Etc 3 tee shirts for a reduced price or a hoodie and a tee shirt for a reduced price.

  19. Magazine / Instagram focus

    More magazine like presentations showing while ensembles & combinations of items and with a story. Maybe featuring a stylist and/or a character. More use of Instagram to do this too. Rather than letting Instagram be “friends of..” and social pics. Have it add depth to garments through context.

    A week later and still waiting for my order and no reply to my email but received a satisfaction survey email. It's probably best to wait until the customer has their order first!
