    If you return a large order you can end up with 20 emails and text messages about the return.
    Its returned as one order, so process as one refund.

    there isn't a lot of plus sized active wear available, and what is available is quite expensive and brands I haven't heard of, so I don't trust them.

    Your system for entering postal addresses is antiquated and doesn't let us put in multi-line places properly (such as parcel lockers). You also require me to sign for a package, but since you won't deliver it directly to me at work due to your limited address option, that isn't feasible either. I literally just joined to buy something, and was trying to order a watch right now, but your ****** system was so frustrating that I'm going to go order it directly from the manufacturer for $20 more rather than deal with it.

    There is such a limited range of breastfeeding clothing available in shops in NZ - I’d love to see a bigger range, especially formal wear, smart casual etc.

  14. give the option to buy the outfit - click on each piece to add to bag

    At the bottom of the photo, have a box to tick to select 1. ensemble 2. add bottom piece 3. add top piece 4. add shoes. A pop-up "would you also like to buy her shoes?" may be another approach but could annoy some shoppers. Another option is "Model is also wearing shoes by...with a link.

  15. Bring back 100 day returns or at least 70 day returns.

    Your returns policy is what made you stand out. It's the main reason I chose to shop with The Iconic over most other retailers, despite often being more expensive.

  18. mute styles we aren't interested in, and brands as well

    I loathe, for example, cold shoulder tops. I don't want to buy them, I will never buy them.
    Also, a choice for large busts or a comment saying that they will/won't suit large **. So many things look nice on the models but show way too much cleavage when I try them on. I have FF ** - the tall range, for example, is for tall and skinny people.
