To have the model's size in description of clothing items for reference.
I sometimes struggle guessing my size in certain types of clothing and having the models size in the description would help as a reference for if the clothing runs large or small.

Give us the ability to use store credit at check out, sometimes we want to accrue it or save it for another purchase. I’d like to choose when I use it, and how much of it we use.

Put a Hold items when size exchange requested
Several times I have purchased something and it is too big or too small when it arrives, I immediately put an exchange request in for the correct size item (showing availability at the time) but for some reason it does not get held or put aside and I receive notification that it is no longer in stock so miss out.

Provide options for women under 160cm in height. Particularly showing shorter models so we can see how the clothes look on a shorter stature.

Not stock items in that horrible viscose fabric that needs to be ironed every single time you want to wear it.
I think the choice of fabrics needs to be a bit more refined. For example I think there’s too much use of woven fabric is in larger sizes which make them uncomfortable. In particular, the rayon viscose type of fabric that crushes just by putting it in your wardrobe is so impractical I don’t know why you still use it.
