more appealing clothes for plus size women
not all plus size women want to hide their curves in baggy tops, oversized t-shirts, bold, crazy prints and unflattering pants. you need to provide more fashionable and affordable clothing options.

Tell us the number of pages our search result produces (not just the number of items)
When you do a search you are told how many items there are but not the number of pages of search results

consider making exchange or return process easier
When returning, customers should be able to reserve an item for exchange, as by the time an item is returned the sale ends and you end up waiting for the next sale or buy at a higher price.

Better category filtering
When I go to a brand page, rather than click on every type of shoes style (e.g. boots, runners, heels) within the shoes category, I should just be able to click on shoes.

Show what an item of clothing looks like on different sized/height models
Would love to see the same item of clothing on different sizes models! Everlane do this really well where you can filter for different body types/sizing to see what it looks like on women that are not just size 6/8. Also would love to see it on different heights, as well as ethnic diversity of models.

Bring back free next day delivery on orders over $50
I liked the free next day delivery on orders over $50 as it's exciting to receive my items straight away, also I could order according to my days at home so I didn't have to worry about theft.

Update the app
Please ensure that the app doesn’t time out and I don’t loose where I was mid scroll. Sometimes I need to check a message and don’t want to loose where I was in feed of clothes.

Staff should be accountable and reviewed
Staff range from slightly friendly to plain rude. Unexcusable have a file of over 100 emails. But noone with give me a manager. They need to see what we put up with.

More French, Uk, Italian Styles that are chic, less chain store "comfort brands"
There is a lot of Tommy, Adidas, Assembly Label which is casual and fun however it's everywhere. Most people shop online because they want clothes they can't get from local stores around the. Give a dollar to from every purchase over $50 to an important cause
Give back to those in need. Every purchase over $50 the iconic could give $1 to a foundation that really needs it. Eg. Children’s cancer research, domestic violence victims, donate to restore sight etc

By the time I receive the promotional emails from the iconic those products are already out of stock.
Most of the time when I receive the promotional email from Iconic. Their products are already out of stock especially shoes. It make me feel very bad. I means it's better If I wouldn't recieved that email at first place. Thx

Icon status - discount rewards system
Similar to silver, gold and platinum for airlines. Spend amounts could move customers to new levels which unlock better discounts and rewards e.g. platinum could be ‘icon status’. Customers who reach a certain spend within a year could unlock a 10% discount for the rest of the year. Or and additional discount on all sale items.There could be additional rewards for each level reached. Would be a great motivation to add that extra dress or top to a purchase.

Put more focus on good quality and sustainable brands, and less on poor quality and cheap brands.
It's frustrating that a lot of the focus is on Atmos&here, Dazie, Dorothy Perkins, Cotton On etc. as these are very cheap and poor quality. It would be great to be able to filter these out easily.

Support Australian creatives and artists - fashion and others
as fashion is a creative industry it would be great if THE ICONIC were able to donate to Australian acting / arts industry benevolent funds or independent theatre / galleries to keep creativity alive through the global impact COVID has. Even some awareness of what Australian industries / charities your business donates to or supports would be good to know
