Preowned items can be swapped for another preowned item from other buyers? Recycle your items and swap with your iconic community. Making room in your closet to buy new stuff😁

Honour $20 off voucher if first purchase was a return.
My first purchase with the iconic I was happy to receive a $20 off voucher but was disappointed that when I returned the item (as it didn’t suit me) that I lost the voucher which was also confirmed by customer service.

Stock more size 16 and above
It is obvious you only buy very few pieces in size 16, because as soon as the new item goes live, it is almost immediately "low in stock" and within a few hours says there is only one item left, or is completely sold out. It is obviously a popular size, so why aren't you stocking more? And why aren't there more brands that stock larger sizes in the first place? Style entire outfits
Style outfits so we can purchase a top and matching skirt and accessories. Items should be displayed on a model but also listed separately for purchase. Similar to next.com.au

Suggest cami/slips/tanks that colour match some of the sheer tops available.
I purchased a sheer top thinking I could find a cami/tank to match from The Iconic, when I couldn't find one I decided I would have to wear a cami I already owned. Unfortuantely the colour did not match and I returned the top.
It would be great to have the option to purchase a cami/tank that matches the colour of the blouse being purchased.

Store credit on sale items
Give store credit for returns of sale items, that way if items don't fit we're not out of pocket. It is sometimes hard to get correct fit when you can't try the clothes on prior to purchasing items.
