widen the ‘visual’ age demographic for selected products
Consider using +50/55 models for selected products. I’m 59 now retired- the need to relate to image and product. May I suggest that the American market do this extremely well. My daughter (age30) suggested I visit your site. I have now made my first purchase. I like to present well in my lifestyle and like to be current.

In a global market where trends are influenced by diverse homegrown and international designers, there are many brands that offer modern ethnic casual and occasional wear. It would be nice to see some of these along side the traditional western options.

Have an icon to show if you have already purchased that item, I sometimes forget I purchased an item and returned it as it didn’t look good on.

It's impossible to see details of some of the white garments on the Iconic as it blends in with the white background... I want to see more details and textures properly online.

Open a dispatcher in Mew Zealand
I bought a ***** product that is not available in NZ. The reason I bought it was to make a more ethical and environmentally conscious purchase, ironic that it then had to be shipped internationally! Having a NZ dispatch centre would reduce overall travel miles associated with purchases by New Zealanders.

Have models of different heights
The male models are considerably taller than average male height. It would be great if you could either have models of different sizes OR a picture of a person of a different height wearing the same article of clothing (particularly shirts / jackets etc). I sometimes receive items which look nothing like those displayed.

Do not get rid of free returns or 110% credit for returns
This is what sets the retailer apart from other online stores. Free shipping and returns in a reasonable timeframe is great. And if we exchange it to get an extra 10% store credit encourages me to purchase more on the iconic.
