Stock fossil watch straps to go with the fossil smartwatches
Stock the fossil watch straps in different colours/materials that you can use with fossil smartwatches eg the q venture hr range. Since you stock the watches, it would be nice to have the strap options to go with them

Have a greater range of mid market clothing.
For guys in their thirties who want to dress stylishly but not in so-called designer which is often hard to wear and has limited appeal. There is a gap for stylish and well fitting clothing that doesn’t make you look 15 or 50.

Incorrect Categories
Often come across items that have been put in the wrong category (e.g. women's dresses in men's shorts section). Would be great if there was a button you could press or something you could do to alert the Iconic that this is in the wrong section. Perhaps the first few people to do it could receive a small discount off or something. This would help shoppers actually see everything in the category they are searching for and help the Iconic to make more money as when I see these misplaced products they are usually on HUGE sales because no one…

Maybe have all different people wearing the outfits of all shapes and sizes
Use real people of all shapes and sizes wearing the clothing so we can see what it actually looks like and if the material stretches

Have Work tops, fine prints, not ******, corporate wear
Iconic needs to stock more Work tops, sleeveless, 3/4th sleeve, full sleeved, with finer prints with subtle and feminine colours, tops that are more corporate. Current work tops look like they are for ******** parties. I used to shop alot of work tops from Iconic. I have had to move to Jacquie.

Fix the touch on the app
When scrolling with my finger through the iconic app on my iphone its forever quick previewing items I didnt want to quick preview just a small scroll down will open a random pair of jeans etc. Its extremely annoying and makes the easy use of the app hard, I tend to use the actual website now instead due to this.

Add brand/style information to your marketing pictures.
Often I’m sent an email saying you’re having a sale of some kind and there’s a pic of a model wearing a gorgeous item of clothing. There’s no way for me to see it in detail or find out its price. Can’t you add at least the brand and style in a caption so I can source what she’s wearing?

Donate to an environmental cause
Include an optional $1 charge added at checkout that goes to an environmental cause to help offset the plastic waste we are contributing to. It would be great to reduce the amount of plastic with every purchase as well.

Have accurate information on how the sizing runs
Needs to be better information if a size runs small... ie what styletread does.
A size 14 is not always a size 14 across styles

Be more conscious of the brands they stock.
Stop stocking blatant imitation pieces and cheap unethical brands such s BooHoo, and stock more Australian made and owned and more items that will last and are value for money.

In the descriptions add details about how ethical the brands are/how ethically sourced there fabrics are.
Its important we are doing our best to not support brands that do not source there fabrics ethically and do not treat their staff with respect and care. There are so many human traffick victims ot just people in general in other countries where people just take adavntage of them and I would rather purchase clothes where I know I'm not hurting anyone in the process.

Have a specific edit like “holiday” or “beachwear” etc
It’s quite hard to find subject related items so edits would be amazing e.g I’m going on a summer holiday, it would be great to have a beachwear edit etc.
