True to size indicator
Have a true to size indicator, for all sizes available have a model or staff member rate the fit honestly, ie size 14 runs very small order up a size. I have ordered a few dresses that are sized 14, however they are more an AUS 10-12 which is demoralising. I honestly bypass these brands as no woman wants to have to go up a size or two. The models are beautiful but being so slender this often isn’t obvious when looking online, will lower return rate and have happier customers.

The inclusion of all the item a model is wearing would be very helpful for buyers
The inclusion of all the item a model is wearing on the same page would be very helpful for buyers, because sometimes i like the top but the actual item i clicked was a shoe. e.g. when you look an item there is a section say "you may also like this" where similar items are shown if we could include all the items a model is wearing then i can go straight to the product i like. I hope i am making some sense.

I would love a “no way” button.
I would love a “no way” button so I can exclude particular items on any future searches. If I have absolutely no intention of ever buying an item, permanently remove it from my app. It would provide you guys feedback of what items people are really not into aswell!

Flattering curvy woman
I would like to see a curvy range of women's clothing suitable for workwear that is flattering and modest with a range of sleeve lengths and tops that are versatile to wear from desk to drinks.There comes a time in a women's life when wearing the same style of clothing as our young daughters is no longer desirable.

Stock Pasduchas in size 18
The Pasduchas range extends up to a size 18. I would like to see size 18 also available on the Iconic.

Bring in eminent brand luggage from Taiwan. They only carry the KH53 in Sydney but there are so many different types available.
I’m sure your team can negotiate something with them. I own one I bought from Europe and I think it is better than Samsonite and definitely better than Crumpler’s luggage (though I love their bagpacks and crumpler’s trolley luggage look beautiful but the quality of their trolleys are terrible). Please bring it in and give it a chance!
Their Capetown series, Interlock series, and Crossover series look amazing. A lot of places in UK and Europe stock them and for good reason too!

Have more popular sizes available during sale times
Many of my favourite items were only available in smaller sizes. The 14 16 ones seemed to go very quickly.

Care about the temperature and sell me clothes accordingly.
I’d like the iconic to solve my problem around dressing for the heat. Empathise with clothes that are effective for the weather and not so highly synthetic which is uncomfortable and simply not practical for Australia wear. This is a massive problem for all of your customers and continues to sit unaddressed.

Search/filter option to see new brands
It would be great to have a search option similar to the new arrivals in the clothing drop down, that shows new brands. I'm always on the look out for cool new brands to shop so it would be great to have a search/ filter option for this!

Include a filter for body shape
This would help customers get ideas of styles that suit their shape! It would be great to have the standard.. pear, hourglass, big bust but also others such as column, inverted triangle etc

Have photos of the shoes on a model so I can see what the shoe actually looks like on.
Please take photos of some one wearing the shoes. It would make shopping for shoes so much easier

Send the display product not the cheap knock off
Ordered a gorgeous coat for $150 got on sale for $119 which I was happy to pay as it looked classy. I received a poor quality knock off - sleeves weren’t even hemmed. You should be ashamed advertising one thing and sending garbage

Show more sizing
Show the items worn on different sized models and styled differently. I like seeing shoes on a foot also as they can sometimes look totally different :-)
