Tailor offers to me personally
Like Amazon, you would get far better cut through and increased spending from me if you marketed to me, personally, based on favourite brands and purchasing history. You could have 90% off all these wonderful brands on your site, but if I am not interested, the percentage discount won't persuade me to buy.

More diverse models
I’d love to be able to shop for my friends that aren’t a small-medium, but I don’t feel confident because I can’t see what it may look like in a larger size. I get the economics of having several different models for each piece may not be realistic, however, there are a few sites that allow customers to post pictures of themselves in the items along with their reviews, which I appreciate because there’s always such a broad spectrum of people posting & showing us how they styled there looks...it kind of makes me want to engage more with a…

Just get back to my query so I know where my package is
So the idea is when a query is received from a customer, rather than have them chase you 4 times for a reply... connect with them and assist so they receive the item they order within a reasonable timeframe.

Info on customs and duty charges for product returns
Send a notification when my product gets stuck at customs that tells me what my options are around refunds/duty/tax charges if it doesnt fit
