4. Short video of item being worn

   The Net-a-porter site has each piece modeled by a real person doing a quick walk and turn. This is excellent but probably costly. Also agree with another poster re ditch the plastic packaging, tissue paper on the inside and waxed paper envelopes is fine.

8. More Vegan and Ethical, Fair-trade clothing and Shoes options :)

   I am happy to pay a bit more for stuff that is ethically produced and knowing the workers got paid a fair wage for their hardwork is always a good feeling on the conscience, unfortunately it is hard to find fair-trade and vegan clothing in a good price range :)

    Like Amazon, you would get far better cut through and increased spending from me if you marketed to me, personally, based on favourite brands and purchasing history. You could have 90% off all these wonderful brands on your site, but if I am not interested, the percentage discount won't persuade me to buy.

    I’d love to be able to shop for my friends that aren’t a small-medium, but I don’t feel confident because I can’t see what it may look like in a larger size. I get the economics of having several different models for each piece may not be realistic, however, there are a few sites that allow customers to post pictures of themselves in the items along with their reviews, which I appreciate because there’s always such a broad spectrum of people posting & showing us how they styled there looks...it kind of makes me want to engage more with a brand that wants to celebrate their customers that way. I guess I could look for the #’s on Twitter/Instagram...but I’d like to see it implemented more on the site...just an idea!
