Honour proper refund rules and refund a double charge to my credit card through PayPal while it was glitchy
You are LITERALLY SENDING ME TWO PAIRS OF THE SAME SHOE AND I CONTACTED YOU IMMEDIATELY and I am also out $150 this is APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I even would have taken a store credit but all I got was excuses. Not good enough I will be taking my business and money to a better site.

Please update on delays
Please please update customers on delays, I ordered something for a birthday last week and was told it would be here by thursday and turns out there was delay I was not notified about and now I am waiting intil monday i decided to order the same item on express shipping and it said to be here today and my order hasn't even been processed yet. I am extremely dissapointed as I see this person every few months and I arranged there presents all to be here by today. Obviously in peak times such as fathers day you would know…

Using "notify me" as a reason to restock
So the notify me button is great. But, can you please take note of all the things people click notify me on. Use it as guidance to actually restock. Take action to restock rather than just notify if it is restocked. Also, if you KNOW it isn't going to come back in stock, then tell the people who clicked notify me that it will not be back in stock. It's super frustrating to click notify me for months and have no idea if that button even does anything.

Mens Plus sizes , very good idea but the range is so limited and has been the same for months

Always display items in the same order for ease of knowing where you’re up to.
If I’m searching in a large category with filters on, and have to close the app for some reason, it always seems to load the items in a different order, so I sit there scrolling through the items I may or may not have looked at already. Would rather know what I’ve already seen.

What’s available in the standard range, have available in the curve range! And not different ranges.
Brands like Atmos and here have a different range from their standard range to their curve range, yes there are some things the same but not everything.

Start a reward system
It would be great to see a point system every time a purchase transaction is done.

Don't split the use of credit notes on multiple items
I don't like how credit note amounts are split when multiple items are purchased.
It should just be applied to the total and not on any item in particular so if one of the multiple items needs to be returned, a refund is not made by both a partial credit note & the cash method payment.
Instead the cash payment method is refunded first and the credit note as the second resort for refund.

Have video uploads of different size people in the clothes
Oh and a great brand to stock would be the girlfriend collective. They make activewear that made from recycled plastic bottles and the quality is spot on.
