  6. Use environmentally friendly packaging

    I hate the thought that so much of the packaging is single-use plastic which will go straight to landfill. It would be great to see more thoughtful packaging, including less single-use plastic.

  7. Have a petite section. Not everyone is tall with super long torso arms and legs.

    Clothes are all proportional to height not size on tags. I am 5'3. Even though a 6-8 and small framed yet with curves I find it difficult to get clothes. I notice more and more women's clothing is being designed for tall, often skinny long limbed people. So a small size may fit but the proportions are wrong. The waist is too long or low, the shoulder too wide, the straps too wide apart, plunging necklines too low etc. Please stock more petite brands.

  8. Shop the model not the size

    Instead of searching all Size 12 clothing for example you shop the size a certain model wears. Maybe 2 models per size bracket, so a person can match themselves to the models size and therefore if they have purchased something that fit them the same as the model, then it would add confidence to your ability to purchase an item in your correct size everytime. So for example if model "Emma" has these dimensions "....." And I also have those, then instead of searching in the drop down menu for size 12, I search Emma and it's all the sizes…

    On a shoppers account have let them choose their favourite brand and have exclusive discount codes for that one brand

  14. Make sure the items are pressed and packaged in a stronger box.

    Make sure items are pressed and posted in a hard box so they don’t arrive crushed and need the added cost of dry cleaning.

  19. Women’s footwear in sizes above a 10/11!

    I wish your women’s went above a size 10/11! Given the variety you stock in footwear this would be a great addition to your range. Women who fall into this category are used to paying quite a bit for shoes so no issue on cost just that there is a gap in the market.

  20. Get more savvy designs, research trends in USA Europe/UK. Not too expensive but offer more looks. Add a section to complete this look image

    I’m finding the fashion is so same, same lately. I shop with confidence and love liconic customer service. BUT get some new design direction. I like a point of difference. I love the idea of having the complete the look as you scroll down the page. Frustrating trying to find it later.
    Also add customer reviews about there purchases. This helps build more buying confidence when you see others raving or not about their purchases.
