Women’s footwear in sizes above a 10/11!
I wish your women’s went above a size 10/11! Given the variety you stock in footwear this would be a great addition to your range. Women who fall into this category are used to paying quite a bit for shoes so no issue on cost just that there is a gap in the market.

Get more savvy designs, research trends in USA Europe/UK. Not too expensive but offer more looks. Add a section to complete this look image
I’m finding the fashion is so same, same lately. I shop with confidence and love liconic customer service. BUT get some new design direction. I like a point of difference. I love the idea of having the complete the look as you scroll down the page. Frustrating trying to find it later.
Also add customer reviews about there purchases. This helps build more buying confidence when you see others raving or not about their purchases.2 votes -

Stock more larger sport shoe sizes (10 11 )in the popular colors like pink blue red . I never get the color or size I want at sale time .

have a personal shopper function
A platform where you enter the measurements of your body shape and the website returning with a catalogue of clothing that will fit your body type and appropriate size. Would reduce buyer returns and make online shopping more effective.

be able to search with "-" (exclude things from search)
As in "leggings -high-waisted". It ends up being more effective than searching for "mid-rise" (or whatever). Most brands don't give many details of the clothes, so if you search FOR something, a whole lot of stuff gets left out. But if you can exclude things, it only excludes the items that have given enough details. Because searching FOR details is too narrow, I just barely use the search function and have to scroll through 50 pages of items

provide accurate and consistent style and material info for all products
For most items, it's specified in the description what materials they're made from, but sometimes this info is completely missing.
However, the tags that are used to filter results on the sidebar are very incomplete and inaccurate. For instance, if I select only 'long-sleeve shirts', I only see a small number of results - lots of long-sleeve shirts disappear. If I select 'short-sleeve shirts' and unselect 'polo shirts', I still see heaps of polo shirts.
Likewise with materials, if I select 'cotton' and 'linen' and unselect 'synthetic', I still see items made from blended materials.

Show photos of different sized models in the same item
When a particular item can offer sizes between 8 to 18 or 16 to 26. Have 3 different sized models; modeling the item or even when you select your size it display a photo of it being modeled in that size; Like is does when your given the option to select a colour.

Suggest other items that go well with your product selection
A couple of suggestions of items that pair well with your selected item, rather than just similar items.

Have better filters to narrow down your search.
Option to exclude white for weddings. Or option for all dresses with a sleeve if you are self conscious about your arms.

When you offer a $20 voucher etc, it should be discounted of an item not the entire order
I should have the option of which item i want my voucher to discount, it shouldn't be off the entire purchase

Smart size choosing suggestions
You would fill in common brands you wear and the suds and the iconic would suggest the right size in what your looking at. (Like Asos)
