Include reviews about products from customers who have bought the products (verified purchases of course) and ratings such as true to size. Also an option to upload customer pictures so you can see how it looks. ModCloth does this and it works great

Source a wider range of vegan leather/suede etc options. Animals need they skin, y’all
No secret that demand for cruelty-free products is on the rise. You’d do your business a favour by opening business to the wider community by expanding your range of vegan items. You’ve got a modest collection but there’s massive room for growth, with plenty of suppliers ready to support you.

Have more colourful clothing. Most of the time it’s just black and white.
As for someone who doesn’t wear black as much it is very hard to find anything with beautiful colours with most of the clothing.

Like everybody else, I love shopping at the iconic. I just wish there were more higher end brands like these and others!

better fit on larger size models
often the larger models are jn ill fitting clothes. this is not necessary and doesn’t do the brand any service

Environment marketing
Identify products that have been manufactured in environmental friendly ways, ie the Ralph Lauren green polo shirt fabric is made from 100% plastic bottles. These products should have a green sticker on the photo.

Brand Insights
When looking at a product there should be a brand insights option where you can see what other items you’ve purchased or returned from that brand. It will help you choose style and size based on past purchases

Deposit for trying on clothes
It would be great if, instead of paying the full amount for each item we want to try on, we could put down a deposit instead. That way we can try on different sizes of the same outfit and return what we don’t use. Cards could be charged the remaining amount for items that haven’t been returned within a certain time frame.
