3. Lobby to upsize popular brands

   Lobby popular brands that don’t make Size 16 to start making Size 16 in their normal lines (not just adding a ‘curve’ range with different styles to non-‘curve’). You could post surveys in the app to collect customer votes on which brands they’d like upsized - free market research.

   I recently bought 2 pairs of cargo pants of similar colour,the SKU'S where different as well. Turns out they are the same colour, tried to exchange one pair for a different colour, but online would only offer size exchange.

    The postage is terrible. It takes way too long to receive an item in Perth. It would be great if you could order on a Monday and receive by Friday (at the latest)
    You order on surf stitch on a Monday night and you receive it by Wednesda.
