Not insist on charging the $3.95
Not very enthusiastic about paying this fee, when order doesn’t arrive within the fast shipping claim. Then when I asked if that fee could be adjusted back as several packages have been delayed, it was apparently not possible. Aside from that, you guys are still my preferred online site. Keep on improving, I understand there is a fine line between service and profitability, constant juggling act. Cheers. X

Expand the Product type
Introduce hair and skincare brands with some Korean, Japan and France brands.
Have a more unusual/fun/quirky style and color. Clothes(and shoe) style and design in the Iconic are sometimes very safe choices1 vote -
Have an annual subscription to give free express shipping
Like eBay plus, Amazon Prime and other sites do.
You could also include exclusive offers to subscribers.

Just like a wishlist I'd like to be able to put brands I dislike on a list so I'm not updated about them.
I know you can remove brands that you don't shop from the sidebar but that can be laborious. That may be against your business model however

$25 off cards in your delivery
What happened to those cards that offered $25 off your next purchase that came with your delivery? I really looked forward to those and they made me inclined to shop more. Please reinstate this idea.

List brands with same measurements
View a pair of pants for example and a list of other brands with same measurements comes up so you can compare against what you know fits you. Would be great for people in between sizes!

do features on foreign styles
it's really hard to find reliable sources of foreign streetwear in NZ/Aus, it would be nice to have a feature on theiconic of limited drops of popular brands from around the world that don't get a lot of love here (in particular Japanese/Korean/Russian styles, Gosha, Yohji etc) to help people discover and get their hands on pieces that aren't usually available

Back in stock notification system
Similar to ASOS where your saved item is back in stock in your size, have the app deliver a notification to your phone instead of an email. Sometimes by the time i check my emails the item is back out of stock again.
