Iconic’s view on the quality of a product
Would be good to have a quality rating for products. Given products cannot be viewed physically then a judgement on quality cannot be made by the purchase hence Iconic’s view on quality would be very helpful.

Carry Shorter Length Pants, Jeans and Skirts
I am 5'2" and I am constantly disappointed by jeans, pants and skirts being way to long! If I am to settle on a pair of jeans fit my waist but are too long, I have spend time and money getting them cut shorter, which often doesn't even work for the style.

Better wishlist system with live push notifications when sizes are restocked
Currently I get delayed emails when things are on sale or back in stock and it adds no value because it’s not live. Make it easier for us and more interactive!

Ensure resold items are clean and free of damage
Thoroughly check returned items before re-selling them. It’s unacceptable to receive an item you’ve paid full price for only to find it’s obvious it’s a return because there are marks or damage to the item, and the packaging is torn or missing, so the item isn’t protected during delivery.
