   Stock more inclusive sizing...plus and petite etc. But include women and mens. There is a gap between teen plus sizes and older plus sizes...like Torrid in the US. Fashionable fits but no butterflies!

17. Use DHL and not AusPost!

    The Iconic ships within Australia and takes twice, if not three times as long during the pandemic than other online fashion sites who ship out of countries such as China and the USA using DHL. Maybe it’s a $ factor and The Iconic want to cut costs using AusPost? Either way, waiting 7 business days for a domestic order is not ideal!
