  1. Have a standard slow movement for the models in videos. Make sure at least one pic isn't an artistic pose but shows the actual cut and shape

    As above. Some model pics showing the cut and style, instead of just artistic poses. The videos having a slow standard movement of the model as she turns around. Some are to jerky and fast and it's quite frustrating, so I just turn it off and then the result is not to buy it. Overly posed items I flick across, especially if there is a lot of fabric and the model is hunched or not showing the item properly.

  6. Have models wearing each size so you can see what you would like like in that size

    Instead of just having models wearing a size 8 or plus size in the pictures, it would be great when picking your size if there was a model wearing that size. Being a 12/14 I usually can’t picture myself in the clothes and don’t know how it would fit me. This would help when picking styles that are flattering and suit your body type.

    This would allow the wearer to try on the clothing prior to purchasing. May also reduce the requirements to return items.

    When people shop in store, some stores offer credits for every dollar you spend. I feel like this is something the iconic should implement for their customers. I can only imagine how many orders the iconic receives daily, so giving back to customers for using your service should be taken into consideration, see it as a thank you for shopping with the iconic ☺️

    It would definitely be a nice gesture on behalf of iconic, considering people spend $$$ thank you in advance !

  12. Sell women's jelly heels in a size 9 and a size 9 wide-fit.

    These things have been around for decades, they always sell somewhere and always come back into fashion. So why are they only available in smaller sizes? It's not like they are hard to make? One material and the same design in a slightly bigger mold. If they've been around this long, they're not going away any time soon, so can you sell them in a size I can wear so I'm not excluded?

  14. Provide for eco friendly/renewable/sustainable options

    Many sites provide for an eco search and state the composition of their fabrics, whether they can be recycled or whether they have come from a sustainable source. Depending on the company, they may also provide information on where the product was made, natural fibres sourced etc. in today’s world these are sometimes make or break decisions for people not interested in fast fashion but want to make choices in long term investments - not just their wardrobe but the world.

    I understand that you’re trying to get rid of the stock, but some items arrive starkly different than how they’re advertised; odd sizing, poor quality, different colour in person etc. It’s very annoying when something isn’t technically “faulty” - but it’s also not what I paid for!!
