Have better price reductions across the whole site not just in particular brands
As described above , often emails come in and stated huge sales but when you click through it is only on certain brands but sometimes not even across the whole brands. Your overheads are low as all online you should be providing a better priced Or discounted product. Try rewarding members with extra discounts to encourage them to return or discount more the more you spend

Collaborate with the Be You personal stylist app
I am a stylist and we have built an app that can read skin tone, body shape and style personality. The app then makes clothing recommendations based on that info and the users lifestyle. Curating purchases and editing the users current wardrobe.

Have an option to “hold” an alternate size while I purchase and try
I put a cash hold that isn’t run on my Visa card against the size up or down while I purchase and pay for the size I believe I am . If I need to return for the smaller or bigger size then the garment has already been “held” and I can return and get the correct size

Larger size doesn’t mean taller
Just because you’re size 14-16 doesn’t mean you’re 6ft tall ... larger size, short lengths would be great.

Automatically refund the difference if an item goes on sale after I bought it. Then I don't have to return and reorder. Saves on postage
Automatically refund the difference in price if an item goes on sale within 30 days. That saves me having to return and reorder and saves you on the extra postage costs. I can order with confidence knowing I am getting the best price, and not have to wait until a full priced item I like comes on sale/discount

Develop for filter to filter out clothes we would never wear
Have a filter that could filter out not only styles someone may never wear eg maternity
But also brands that a shopper will never buy due to various reasons eg ethics/ values of the company , quality of item , poor sizing etc
Put items in front of buyers they are most likely to buy rather than items that they will never buy.2 votes -
Send big rewards quarterly
Reward system for members being bronze, silver and gold. $15 voucher for example is entitled quarterly for bronze level, 20$ for silver and 30$ for gold.

bring back express shipping
The quick delivery was the best thing about this site and made me use it above others. Further, the slower delivery option is often delayed beyond the promised arrival date anyway. I am now re-thinking my use of the The Iconic and preferring other sites.

Allow an option to block children's clothing and maternity
I should be able to browse The Iconic without constantly being shown maternity clothing and children's clothing. If I'm logged in, I should be able to select options to never show maternity or children's, just as I'm able to choose to view women's clothing rather than men's.
