Stop sending influencers items and choose real customers to review products :)
Instead of sending/paying influencers for content why don’t the iconic give real customers the opportunity to review items and provide feedback by sending them items instead? I personally would trust a real customers opinion as opposed to someone who is being paid for the content.

Aussie made products tab or collection!
I agree with many others of the idea for Aussie made products to be highlighted, not just owner but actually made right here! That would be fantastic I'd know 100% where to look and would take the guessing game out of where does my product actually come from?! The support for Our country would be amazing!

On every item describe the fit better
Your models are still typical model-build it can be really hard to tell what sizing is like. If you could provide recommendations in each description based on what others have bought/returned whether things are true to size or how they fit that would be great. I know you kind of do it on some things but not really.

Do not advertise specials on items that don’t exist.
You have specials on items that do not exist. Many a times you’ll advertise a special price, but the item is not available in any size. What is that all about?

Stock Beauty brands
Similar to Revolve website - stock beauty brands that’s Australians could shop for not just brands that you can get in Mecca and Sephora but European or US products that’s those stores don’t have available.

Provide a photo of product label, specifically country of origin
I have seen this suggested a few times...maybe you should just include it in the description there is a lot of other information...that's great...but we want the country of origin. There are countless items I have wanted but decided not to buy because you have not provided the information...when it is there I will buy as will many others $$$

Most brands have loyalty rewards.
