Return/Backspace button on the app
If you check out multiple colours of an item, you have to shuffle back through all the colours before returning to the main menu. Annoying!

Sustainable packaging
I was appalled to receive two small beauty products (both could fit in the palm of my hand) in a huge cardboard box with brown paper. Do better with sustainable packaging!

Enter a restock date for out of stock items, or a 'request restock' button
I often find items that are completely sold out and there's a 'notify me', which makes it seem like it is coming back in stock, but it is unclear. If there's no plans for a restock, a 'request restock' button for items that people still want.

Increase your baby/kids range
Increase your baby/kids range in terms of items (keepsakes, teddys etc) and brands. Your returns and delivery terms are exceptional and I think there is a massive gap in the market. I would love to go to one e-commerce platform and purchase a number of presents for friends with baby announcements, births, kids birthdays etc.

We should be able to exchange sale items or receive that item on sale when we repurchase after returning
Sale items should be able to be exchanged to different size if promotion has ended and sizing was incorrect as the sale price originally purchased

Virtual dresser based on your size and body shape
Create a virtual Memoji with your body shape size and colour. Select your item to dress your Memoji in a visualiser so that you can see the length and what the item will look like on your body shape.

Have an edit button on the Wishlist page so we could multi-delete saved items!

I wish there were more medium sized women models.
It’s just hard to visualise some of these outfits on me because there are no models that I’ve seen that have an average sort of weight. Thanks!

Get a better range of plus size clothing. The cirrent range is so daggy and mumsy.
The plus size range needs to be more fashion forward. The current range is too limited. Even the colour spectrum is muted!

Points/loyalty program
Pay a one off annual fee for an 'always discount like 10% off every purchase.
Or a points program to redeem points for cash on next purchase. E.g.. for every 500 points earned, get $20 off next purchase. $1 for every point12 votes -
