I wish that The Iconic would not use models who so thin that they look unwell
I wish that The Iconic would not use models who are very thin/anorexic/bordering on anorexia. I am slim (size 8) and am fine with slim models but, of late, a few are so thin that they look unwell. It's very irresponsible.

give a real date of arrival of parcels
when I checked out it said my parcels would be delivered on Thursday 28/12/17 but when I received my order conformation 1 parcel will arrive on that date and another will arrive on 4/1/18. Did I misunderstand or misread or miss something that tells me the date of the other parcel?

Please stock more size 14s!
Please stock more size 14s in all brands, but especially in Pasduchas, as they are always the first to go! All that's ever left are sizes 6, 8 and 10. Even when an item is "newly added" the size 14 (and 12 and 16 to lesser extents) is almost immediately on low stock or out of stock. Seeing as this seems to be the most popular size, wouldn't it make sense to stock a larger volume in the first place? It is so frustrating when you see a newly added item you like, and the 14 is the only size…

Allow brands to be hidden (as ASOS used to)
This was an old feature on ASOS that would allow you to hover over an image and choose 'hide brand' to remove all the items from that brand from the search page! Was sooo useful, please bring it to TI!

Not put shoes in shoe boxes cos it doesn’t fit in the post box

Include all garment measurements, not just length.
Include all garment measurements, not just length. The model height and measurement are not sufficient when working out your size especially when they have been styled a certain way. This would also reduce returns.
