Store credit on sale items
Give store credit for returns of sale items, that way if items don't fit we're not out of pocket. It is sometimes hard to get correct fit when you can't try the clothes on prior to purchasing items.

A selection for elderly people
I know my 80 year old mother would go nuts if she was able to buy age appropriate clothes and shoes for herself as she finds it difficult to get around shopping for clothes

Maternity and nursing wear
Stock more maternity wear - especially nice dresses for events/going out/photoshoots etc.
And perhaps showcase everyday dresses (like wrap dresses) being worn by a pregnant model.

360 degree models in my size
Use computer software to dress a model in my size with the outfit and then be able to rotate 360 so you can see the full outfit from all angles. Boo.com did it years ago and I know it was expensive for them but 20 years later software must have improved massively to offer this easily.

Better lighting in photos
Mostly with black clothes I can never probably see the texture correctly - a few times I’ve ordered it and it’s been a completely different material to what I thought it would be.
Also to be able to save up your credit would be awesome!
