Open a dispatcher in Mew Zealand
I bought a ***** product that is not available in NZ. The reason I bought it was to make a more ethical and environmentally conscious purchase, ironic that it then had to be shipped internationally! Having a NZ dispatch centre would reduce overall travel miles associated with purchases by New Zealanders.

Stop sending an individual email for every item returned and refunded
If you return a large order you can end up with 20 emails and text messages about the return.

Some items say “don’t ship to NZ”.

Show the items on larger sized models ie.... one for each size

Option to use Store Credit at check out
Give us the ability to use store credit at check out, sometimes we want to accrue it or save it for another purchase. I’d like to choose when I use it, and how much of it we use.

Thanks Iconic I am really happy with your work every items did I bought was good quality but I wish if you can bring kids stocking for all ages I have 3 girls 1 year and 8 years I prefer if I can get them clothes and shoes on Iconic also sale Makeup like the famous brands and prints the labels of return and exchange plz also I would like if you can make a VIP membership and rewards for us and points I like to buy all my stuff from Iconic thanks

Have models of different shapes and sizes wearing the clothes
Providing more pics of the same product worn by short, tall, curvy etc real models would greatly assist in product selection and or reduce volume of returns for items.

Have simple good quality classic investment clothing - quality!!! And classic!! I wear pure wool suits that last for years!
Simple classic wool silk cashmere clothes without all the bits example a white silk shirt - no frills etc. A beautiful pure wool coat with a classic elegant cut. Let’s get back to elegant good quality clothing - Australia is far too bent on cheap trendy clothing - especially clothes for corporate elegance - boy it’s hard to find a well cut suit or a beautiful white silk shirt or a decent coat.

Create recycle returns or swap with other shoppers
Preowned items can be swapped for another preowned item from other buyers? Recycle your items and swap with your iconic community. Making room in your closet to buy new stuff😁

Show items in different colour options as one rather than separate items altogether
Items which are available in different colours would be easy to find from a drop down menu rather than a completely different item listed
