Stock some lingerie and bras that are more interesting like Bras and Things, Honey Birdette etc.
Lingerie that is not so every day plain.

Show a few different models who look a bit more average, allow a zoom option, show insides
In order to better understand how the clothes would look show a few different models. Also enable a zoom option so we can see details like the fabric and stitching. Being able to see the lining of a jacket and the soles of a shoe are also useful features.

Email me when a new product comes online that fits the criteria of an old 'saved, customised search'
You save the previously unsuccessful search of XYZ product type, color and size etc. and then get emailed a photo + link when a new listing arrives.
Saves needing to go back to the site all the time to see what is new if you are just waiting on something specific.

Allow customers to refine their search by most heavily discounted products in a sale
Which is of course not always the same thing as searching for the cheapest items. It'd make it that much easier to snap up good deals.

Why do shipments from partner companies arrive via standard post, and not express like from The Iconic warehouse?

Vouchers
Send vouchers more often to email addresses. I often have items in my bag that I keep in there until it goes on sale, I would be more inclined to spend money if I was sent a gift voucher to my email box

Have more detailed length filters or make them more standard.
When I search for midi work dresses, I don't want to see anything above the knee. Either that or make the length definition standard across all items, or add another. Mini, above the knee, midi (below the knee) and maxi.

Offer a place to sell clothes
A marketplace where we could resell clothes that does not charge exorbitant fees like eBay

To have the model's size in description of clothing items for reference.
I sometimes struggle guessing my size in certain types of clothing and having the models size in the description would help as a reference for if the clothing runs large or small.
