Offer ZIPPAY for customers to use.
A lot easier to use then AFTERPAY and much more user friendly and realistic. I find it so frustrating when i can't buy something from my favourite store because im low on money and they dont offer an option like ZIPPAY

Better filtering and search functions in the app
When clicking your sale icon within the app I get taken to all women’s clothing on sale and it’s hard to filter out all the brands I do/don’t want as there is no universal toggle

Pick up returns from delivery address
Instead of taking the product to the post office for processing returns, it will be great if an option was provided to arrange the product to be picked up from the delivery address.

Different backdrop for white clothing
Use a different colour backdrop when showing white clothing. its very hard to see white clothes against the white background.

Recommended sizing
It would be great if customers could add their measurements to their profile and the website automatically tell you what size you would need in each brand when looking at clothing and shoes.

Offer longer length winter skirts & long-sleeved dresses, in warm, opaque fabrics

Ability to buy an item even when it is out of stock , and ship immediately once restocked.
This does away with "emailing when back in stock" if they want to buy it, give them the option and then ship once restocked.

Include pretty bras in larger cup sizes but also with small back size (8 and 10)

Have sales promotions when a discount is offered based on the amount spent.
Asos do this and it’s a good sales tool to encourage people to buy more, but also good for the customer as it’s not brand specific so you can buy things you have been waiting to go on sale in your Wishlist and get a discount for spending more.
Eg spend $150 get 10% off
Spend $250 get 20% off

Princess Kate’s styles are beautiful and classic, but she is still considered one of the beauties of our time. Clean classic well fitted attire is one of the most attractive types of fashion for any woman. We really don’t need to ‘undress’ to be beautiful or appealing.
