Have ‘Pop-up’ stores for smaller less well known fashion brands alongside all the big brands you already sell.
Smaller brands that offer something different are becoming harder to fine as retail space is too expensive so an online ‘pop-up’ that is curated by the Iconic would be great every once in a while for some inspiration.

Stock more of a plus size range
There is a pretty good range but it would be great to see even more curvy/plus size brands and range that are not dowdy! - Atmos&here curvy is a great example of affordable curvy fashion!

INVITE AND FOLLOW FRIENDS
Make the Iconic more like a social media platform. Giving users the ability to invite and follow friends, see the brands they’re following and what’s on their Wishlist and any items they’ve recently purchased. This would be a cool way to interact and would transform online shopping as we know it!

Inform ICONIC on something you know will be arriving soon so they can notify you ASAP call it a pre VIP for the item
For example i've just been in contact with senso informing me that ICONIC will be stocking the shoe style I'm after in 2 weeks. Now i can easily miss out on this if i 1. forget to check every day if they've arrived or 2. They sell out in my size (which always happens) So if we could notify iconic and they give you a PRE VIP email to order before its available for the public on the website :)

Have more popular sizes available during sale times
Many of my favourite items were only available in smaller sizes. The 14 16 ones seemed to go very quickly.

Have a tall section!! There’s way more petite sections then there are taller! Not everyone who is tall in height is wide in body
I am 5’9’’ and not super slim like a model, but curve is too big. Especially *****! Tall doesn’t always mean super curvy

Start a monthly subscriptio box for men and one for women. It would have accessories that you would wear with outfits.
The box would come with accessories like for men tie clips, cufflinks, socks etc and for women hair clips, nail polish, stockings. These are things you can pair with outfits in store and then get discounts on those items.

"Pair this item with..." links
Link the products that are pictured on the model, ie shoes, accessories etc. The ICONIC has thousands of products so it would be near impossible to search for an styled item without it being linked.

Aje. is a high end Australian brand that in my opinion, would be very successful on the Iconic as people across all ages buy this brand.

More boutique brands
Stock more boutique brands or those that are difficult to import from overseas such as Free People.
Particularly important for kids clothes as it’s very difficult to get original brands for kids as everything is Cotton On, Target and Purebaby.5 votes -
Model variety
To have a variety of more curvy/ bigger models! I’d love to know what things would look like on and unfortunately, we all aren’t size 8 (Not shaming anyone or any of the models as they are bloody beautiful, but more for your girls that are size 10+)
