Shop the model not the size
Instead of searching all Size 12 clothing for example you shop the size a certain model wears. Maybe 2 models per size bracket, so a person can match themselves to the models size and therefore if they have purchased something that fit them the same as the model, then it would add confidence to your ability to purchase an item in your correct size everytime. So for example if model "Emma" has these dimensions "....." And I also have those, then instead of searching in the drop down menu for size 12, I search Emma and it's all the sizes…

Use a far better courier service than ‘Omni Parcel’
Having a courier service that 1. Delivers on time and 2. Have contact information available if there are issues would make customers experience of shopping with the iconic far more positive. It would also save valuable time for the staff of the iconic who I had to go through to contact this courier (who I still haven’t heard from).

Have "boards" in wish list so you can categorise
This way you can categorise into say- "going out" "work" "gifts" etc. and it is easier to search saved items

Order more than one size at the checkout
When ordering an item, be able to order different sizes at the checkout rather than having to go back in and locate the item.

Women’s footwear in sizes above a 10/11!
I wish your women’s went above a size 10/11! Given the variety you stock in footwear this would be a great addition to your range. Women who fall into this category are used to paying quite a bit for shoes so no issue on cost just that there is a gap in the market.

Allow customers to leave reviews on purchases about fit (size up or down), colours, etc.
As on some other websites, customers can review their purchases to help others shop correctly. For example I just purchased some sneakers and usually a size 39, maybe a 40 so purchased the 40 to be safe. Turns out the sneakers are really wide, but short an my toes scrunch up in the shoe. It would be great to let others know to size up. It would have helped me!

I think a reward or points system may work
Reward system or points when you buy products which allows you to buy discount vouchers etc

Have better filters to narrow down your search.
Option to exclude white for weddings. Or option for all dresses with a sleeve if you are self conscious about your arms.
