Rewards, discount codes if you spend over a certain amount of money!
emailing customers personal discount codes or rewards after spending a certain amount of money OR if they are frequent buyers, give them a VIP code!

A rewards point system. Every time a customer purchases, you earn a point and the points can be used to redeem a credit towards other buys

Have models who are average height - I’m 160cm so find models at 180cm wear the clothes differently to me

1 short/average then normal.

Including a Petite Range, being short is so hard to get the length right.
Petite Ranges; there are some great ones out there. It’s always difficult being short to get the right length in clothes.

When looking at the curvy section there is no sub category for “tops”
Currently there is only a section for t shirts and singlets. Where are the rest of the tops?

Include Multiple Images
Show the reverse view of clothings for a quick glance when you press the image. And when you open the item, show multiple images. Would be very helpful for clothing and handbags.

Make sure the items are pressed and packaged in a stronger box.
Make sure items are pressed and posted in a hard box so they don’t arrive crushed and need the added cost of dry cleaning.

add a decent range of plus size sleepwear, basics, tights and underwear.
Others have mentioned similar, though we desperately need you to fill out those categories. Sleepwear (including a decent range of bathrobes) that's not all too cutsie or childish. It'd be great for the underwear if you could carry Modibodi or similar period underwear.
Also, great quality stockings and tights - perhaps pick up some of the snag tights range.
For basics, even carrying plus size bonds shirts and singlets would be great.2 votes -

ASK FROM PREVIOUS FEED BACK
So if your not to sure on how the item is look up on the feed back from others!! Or even pics if the buyers agree to it! So then we can see,and get feedback for the item

Fabric Feels like!
Comparison of fabrics to know what it might feel like. Example: feels like classic swimsuit material, feels like satin, feels like wool etc. Especially with the artificial fabrics. Sometimes the biggest shock is the fabric is not what you expected.

Sneakers
You should stock a wider range of sneakers such as Jordans. Make THE ICONIC the place for sneakerheads to go for all their sneakers - You could have a "Launch" page for new sneaker drops so we can track them, maybe give VIP members first access to latest sneaker drops, etc
