More women of colour pleeeease!
Once you're woke to it... you can't unsee it! Women of colour are underrepresented EVERYWHERE. It would be incredible to have more models of colour. And not just like... five per cent. Having equal representation is so important.

Provide a warning message or allow leeway for those of us who order right before or just on cut off time for same day delivery
When proceeding through payment process and same day delivery option available just right before or at time of cut off, a warning message should appear at time of making payment given the delivery option changes, seeing that order requirements have now no longer been met. Or another option would be to allow a 5 minute leeway/window for those in this boat and require a few minutes to frantically go through the login and account/payment details to take advantage of the same day option

Show if an item is simply out of stock or discontinued.
This way you are not waiting for a size to be back in stock only to find that it is discontinued and you can look for an alternate style instead.

Give out some freebies if we purchase over certain amount in one shop.
It would be cool to receive some gifts/freebies/presents for big purchases. Maybe some small things like a trending t-shirt, a make up bag, lip balm, sunnies, etc (little novelty things with practical use) Could be a cute little incentive for people to purchase more ;)

Only stock labels not easily accessible elsewhere.
Getting rid of big brands makes dining new and interesting garments so much easier! Many brands have their own awesome sites and having their intend on The Iconic means there are too many products to sift through to find something unique, I often give up!

Have a symbol or category for verified ethical retailers!!
All it takes is a small symbol to place next to ethical brands so consumers can be informed

reservations/ allow pre-payment for out of stock items
sometimes I really like an item but they are out of stock so I add them to my wishlist. it will be restocked but then I'd miss out on that again. :(
