Weāre excited to share that THE ICONIC Front Row has launched!
Your front row seat to more!
How Front Row works:
- Collect ICONS: Earn ICONS with every eligible purchase at THE ICONIC.
- Unlock Rewards: For every 1,000 ICONS you earn, you receive a $10 Front Row Reward.
- Earn Faster: Complete Access Extra Offers to collect more ICONS and reach Rewards faster. From time to time, we may even surprise you with a Bonus Reward for instant redemption.
- Level Up: Collect ICONS during your Membership Year to reach 4 Status Levels, each unlocking extra benefits.
Status Levels + extra benefits
In addition to earning ICONS and unlocking $10 Front Row Rewards, Front Row includes multiple Status Levels. Each level unlocks additional benefits, such as:
- Higher ICONS earn rates
- Birthday Rewards
- Anniversary Rewards
- Other exclusive offers
Your Status Level will be based on the ICONS you collect throughout your Membership Year.
Who can join + how to join
If you call Australia or New Zealand home and are over the age of 18, youāre invited to join THE ICONIC Front Row.
You can join for free by creating an account and shopping at THE ICONIC. Membership is automatic for eligible customers; thereās no separate sign-up process required.
We built Front Row because you asked for it - and weād love your continued feedback: which benefits matter most to you, and what would you like to see next?

I think the VIP system is great but only if you don't have to pay an extra yearly subscription to be a VIP. Rewarding loyal customers is the key to sucess.

We offer clients a voucher for leaving feedback. We Alos offer incentives. Just like Bardot offers VIP customers a special discount each time they present their VIP card. I shop on your site so much, it would be nice to be offered an incentive.

gain a point per dollar you spend and have certain rewards at each milestone of points e.g. 500 points = $20 voucher or something

Maybe have for example 1.5 points for every $10 spent but 2.5 points for products with purchase price $150+

An āIconic Insiderā is a VIP system that works through points. Every dollar spent you earn a point. Once reached certain amount of points you can cash you points in, either a voucher that has a $ value or for a % off.
Have different levels as well e.g white, black, silver and gold or entry level, platinum etc. The higher the level the more $ or % youāre entitled to.
A few times a year (e.g. every quarter of the year) have a āfeeling generousā moment and have gifts for āinsidersā. Each level will have a different gift!
This is a good way to give continuous spending customers great rewards and is incentive for customers to keep shopping.
A VIP system that has no monetary benefits seems to fail. Iāve worked for numerous retailers and these systems work the best!!

I would love to have a loyalty rewards program available where you accumulate points for each purchase for dollars spent and then can perhaps convert to Iconic Vouchers? I am a very loyal customer :)

These points should be an opportunity for discount
100 dollars = 100 points etc
Then 100 points should be a 10 dollar voucher -

A DECENT rewards type program where points could be earned (that don't expire) & used toward future purchases.
Better birthday voucher. 20% is pretty ******. Plus it expires too soon. -

Loyalty points are something I always look for. And if I buy something on a special offer and the size is wrong I would like to be able to exchange it for a smaller size at the same price. Thanks for asking Cheers Tru.
